Your return will be honored if claim is filed with 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be received back in our warehouse within 21 days of claim filed for a full refund to be given. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. If we deny a return, the merchandise will be shipped back to you, and a $9.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. All sale items, international orders and personalization items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request a return authorization, visit https://www.devonwindsor.com/returns, type in your order number and email. Select what items you would like to return, reason you are returning it, and how you would like your refund to be processed. Once you submit your request, and we will review within 48 hours. If approved, a return label will be emailed to you and a $9 fee will be deducted from your refund. Return labels provided will either be via UPS or USPS.

- To make a return, visit https://www.devonwindsor.com/returns. We will charge you $9.00 to ship your product back to us and the charge will be taken out of your refund.
- If you elect to use your own shipping service, we just require that you send the tracking number, order number, reason for return to email@example.com. Devonwindsor.com, LLC will not be responsible for any packages shipped by the customer using another shipping service. In the event the package is lost, the customer will be responsible for tracking and routing the package back to Devonwindsor.com, LLC and getting it to our warehouse within the time period allotted for a return to be accepted. Please keep tracking number on record until the refund confirmation email is received.
- Returns can take up to 3 days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. All sales taxes will be refunded; however original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. A credit will post to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Devonwindsor.com, LLC cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Domestic Shipping Guidelines
All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air placed Monday – Friday after 4 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed Monday. Orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Flat rate ground shipping and returns are only available within the continental United States. If you wish to do an exchange, you can return your previous order, and place a new order online.

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Florida. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.
