Orders placed before 4PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 4PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Depending on the shipping method you chose, domestic orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2 – 6 business days.

If you are located in Florida, ground shipping will take 1 business day.

Orders are shipped from Miami, Florida.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 14 days of receipt should it meet the requirements. Please reference our Return Policy page for more details on requirements and shipment.

We offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item(s), please follow the return process for the unwanted item(s), and then in the same window, you can exchange that item or purchase a different item with free shipping.

We try to get your order shipped as soon as possible, therefore, we are unable to cancel or alter items once your order is placed. You can always return or exchange incorrect sizes and/or colors after it arrives.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued back to your original payment. You will get a notification via email once your return has been processed and your payment has been issued.
