Product Development Manager
The Product Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product development process from concept through production for all swimwear, resortwear, and accessory categories. This role serves as the primary liaison between Design, Production, Merchandising, and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure products are developed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in apparel product development with a strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fit, costing, and production timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product development calendar and ensure all milestones are met.
- Oversee development from initial design concept through bulk production approval.
- Create and maintain detailed tech packs, BOMs, and development documentation.
- Partner closely with Design to execute product vision while maintaining commercial viability.
- Source fabrics, trims, embellishments, and packaging components with suppliers.
- Review prototypes, fit samples and production samples.
- This role serves as the primary liaison between Design, Production, Merchandising, and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure products are developed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field.
- 2-4+ years of apparel product development experience, preferably within swimwear, resortwear, or contemporary fashion.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, fit, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working directly with overseas factories and suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple product categories and seasonal calendars simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through.

Art Director
The Art Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and execution across all brand touchpoints for Devon Windsor. This role oversees the development of compelling visual content for digital, print, social media, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives while ensuring a consistent and elevated brand aesthetic.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in fashion or lifestyle branding with a strong understanding of graphic design, photography, digital marketing, visual storytelling, and creative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and execution of all brand campaigns across digital, print, social media, email marketing, and e-commerce.
- Oversee the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Product Development, and Leadership to execute seasonal campaigns and business initiatives.
- Design and oversee the creation of marketing assets, website graphics, email campaigns, packaging, advertising, and sales materials.
- Direct photoshoots, campaign development, content creation, and post-production.
- Manage photography, video production, and creative asset development.
- Lead and mentor the design team while managing multiple creative projects and deadlines.
- Ensure all creative work reflects the brand's luxury positioning and aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction, or Graphic Design, preferably within fashion, swimwear, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, photography, digital design, and visual storytelling.
- Experience leading creative projects from concept through final execution.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with exceptional attention to detail.
